Education in General
          Teachers of English as a second language need to know methods and techniques in order to overcome the language barrier with their students. Because there are a lot of methods and strategies, so each teacher has his or her own philosophy style in teaching. It is hard to give exact definition of  philosophy of education because everyone ones philosophy is different  but we can say that the philosophy education is the study of various approaches and beliefs about teaching.  So if somebody asks you about your philosophy of education, you are being asked to explain your beliefs about teaching.
Good Teacher
          First of all I would like to talk briefly about good teacher. Not all teachers are equal in their characters and styles. T here are some fundamental abilities that good teacher should have in order to facilitate teaching. For example, he or she should have a high ability to build a good relationship with his or her learners by asking them about their in tersest and to solve their problems and then they can teach easily and achieve their aims. The good teacher should allows his or her students to think freely by smiling to them, listening carefully to what they say praising them for their participations in the lessons. They also is should control their classrooms nicely without any threading tones, speaks less and the students speak more in and providing them with a good chance to talk about themselves and about their future dreams. Finally, good teacher must guides his or her learners to use the language that they learned in the classroom and out in the real life.
Good Teaching
          It is very difficult to say that there is only one right teaching style, but we can state some effective strategies and techniques for good teaching. For example, educators should state clear goals and outcomes so learners know what they have to achieve and the teachers should put the goals in every lesson which give the learners a clear idea about what are they going to learn in the lesson. The next basic technique is motivating the learners by using different activities not only one type of activity all time because the learners will be bored. Giving the learners suitable homework at the end of each lesson to check their understanding and the teacher must check that homework at the beginning of the next lesson. Using variety of educational aids according to the activities of each lesson will help the learners to learn better. In addition to that, teachers should have good background knowledge about all the activities and topics in the textbook because the learners will ask questions related to the information in the textbook to know more about each topic.
Methods of Teaching
          The method is an implement which the teacher selects to achieve his or her objectives. In this section I am going to talk about some types of methods. For example, the mechanical drills. It is primarily purpose is to help students memorize the pattern with no possibility for mistakes. This method is used with young learners. The second method is the direct method where the learners are given the grammatical rule in the beginning and the examples and practice comes later. In this method the teacher gives the rule with an explanation then gives examples and after that gives practice. In this way the learners are not thinking and discovering but the receive everything from the teacher, so the teacher role is more important. The third method is the indirect method. In this method the learners are required to find out the rule from given examples and then practice. According to this method, the learners are given a chance to think and discover the rule by their own from the examples. Collin, J. (1998) said that }Deductive reasoning applies a general rule to particular instances while inductive reasoning involves inference from the particular to the general~.
Approaches of Teaching
          In this section, I will discuss some approaches of teaching. As we know developments in linguistic studies affected current language teaching. One of the major developments in current linguistic is the communicative approach. It emphasizes all language skills: listening, speaking, reading and writing. It mainly aims at enabling foreign language learners to communicate effectively in the second or foreign language. }The communicative approach or communicative language teaching (CLT)... aim to improve the students' ability to communicate~ (Harmer, J.2001.p,86). This approach adopts classroom activities that encourage group work and cooperation among students in the classroom. In this way the learners not only repeating but they are cooperating with the other members to do the communicative exercises supplied by the teacher.
          The second approach is the natural approach. This approach based on Krashen's theory of second language learning. Acquisition activities are central, though some monitoring may be useful for some people sometimes. According to this approach, the classroom techniques include dialogues, pair work on personal information, personal charts and tables and there are many types of problem solving activities which help natural acquisition.
          The third approach is content-based instruction. It is an approach of teaching foreign languages when language instruction is integrated with teaching the content areas. }… an approach to language instructions that integrates the presentation of topics or tasks from subject matter classes (e.g. math, social studies) within the context of teaching a second or foreign language~ (Crandoll & Tucker, 1990,p.187). There are some characteristics of this approach for example:
It provides content to grasp the meaning.
It provides opportunities for cooperative learning.
The content must be appropriate to the level of the learners.
The incorporation of language and content is consistent with functional language use.

My opinion in Education
          Personally, I think, teaching is very interesting and useful because teachers should read more about the latest information about any topic. S/he should relate the information to the topics in their textbook and connect the lessons with the real world or the environment. Moreover, teachers have to read about the new strategies about teaching in order to use them in the class to facilitate his/her teaching.
          Teachers should improve their style of teaching. So, I will use a variety of strategies to help my students to improve their level. And also I will use different kinds of educational aids to motivate them and to give a clear understanding of what I teach. In addition to that, I will do researches to find out new facts and techniques to help my students to learn better.
